Delivery

Shipping Costs of standard orders will be calculated by weight, dimensions, etc. We reserve the right to refuse or negotiate delivery fees for non-standard orders.

 

1. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

2. Parcels over 6kgs is considered overweight.

3. Overweight orders may incur additional shipping fee (not including those in the Auckland area), we will contact you if the order will be overweight.

4. We may require a signature on delivery if the order is valued over a certain threshold.

5. We strongly recommend that you provide us with your contact number in case the couriers need to contact you.

6. Delivery timeframe depends on the couriers

7. We aim to dispatch the orders within 24 hours – 48 hours (exclusive of Public Holidays).

Order and Collect

Order and Collect is a free service and available for most of our products. We will contact you once the order is ready; please present your order information, or a photo ID, such as a New Zealand driver’s licence when you come to the physical store and collect your order.
